I am a big fan of Habit Burger, they have a very simple menu and few side orders and that?s all you want! The burgers are always... juicy and delicious and the French fries are coated and absolutely delicious! The service is very fast and food always comes outfresh! My only advice is to put someone who knows how to take the order on the register so less mistakes are much fasterordering! They have veggie burgers also and they are absolutely amazing! This was my first time experiencing Habit Burger on the east coast; I had no idea they even had locations outside of California,... so I was excited to try this Fair Lawn location last night. We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Chris? exceptional service. Heturned our visit into a full experience. After spending quite a few years in the industry of QSR management, I was seriouslyimpressed by his level of professionalism, friendliness, and speed of service. Chris made sure to repeat our order back to us(including each ingredient on our respective burgers), and he was extremely charismatic and seemed genuinely happy to take ourorder. He walked the restaurant and checked in on how every guest was doing; he even offered to bring us more sauce for ourgreen beans! Any restaurant would be very lucky to have Chris on their team. Service and leadership like this is the fuel thatkeeps great restaurants moving. We will DEFINITELY be back, and I will be highly recommending this location to everyone I know.Well done!!! Read more

I attempted to build my own veggie burger online which the option is not available. (WHICH IT SHOULD BE) I then called my order... in . The lady on the phone had difficulty understanding a basic order which i spelled out clearly and slowly, several times Iordered at 5:09pm. After her repeating my order to me and placing me on hold several times she informed me that my food would beready at 5:23. The plan was to grab my food and go to another store taking advantage of my 30 minute lunch break. Being asthough Im on my lunch break at work. I arrived at 5:25... order was not ready. Which was fine. 10 minutes later I received myorder which was wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings. Just wrong. They attempted to remake it and again not only did it come outwrong for the 2nd time. Im now stuck at work eating the wrong order with black avocados (that i paid extra for) wrong sandwich, wrong sides. I asked for half onion rings half fries but only got onion rings. Wrong again. The manager gave me a voucher tocome back which i appreciate but my entire lunch break was ruined. Still im eating black old avocados on a sandwich that ididn't want in the first place. I didn't leave out until 5:54. Leaving me 6 minutes to drive back to my job and eat. Thanks! Read more
Food was great BUT the music is entirely TOO LOUD and distracting. I literally could NOT hear my partner talk because the music... was taking over the whole place. Please consider keeping the music at a CONSIDERABLE VOLUME! Read more
