Call the Area Managers . Your store is not a friendly place. I was there at 8 p.m. I'm just looking at the promo ice coffee.... I'm asking the young guy about the promo. No greeting, no smile , and he doesn't understand me. He's rude, and he's answeringthe higher voice. And he's face was frowning. And I noticed he's not working. Customer service is okay, one of the guys is pretty nice. Their selection of hot food isnt the best.
Just went to this location and the cashier was EXTREMELY rude and embarrassed me in front of 2 other customers.
