Just wanted to say thank you to "Joy", who made two lunches for me today. She had many inconveniences running the front counter... by herself as she repeatedly ran out of items. When she stated she needed more of one item, the guy in the back (you know whoyou are) said, "I'm wooorking..." in a tone that may as well have said, "Not my problem". Again, "Joy" was sweet, but the rudeand inconsiderate guy in the back was a disappointment. Read more
My husband brought food home from Chipotle ( we are only 5 min away ) and once again the barbacoa was so dry it actually looked... like beef jerky. I couldn't eat my meal. I made a YouTube video and the majority of the comments thought it was beef jerky. I'velet management know and sent them pictures but it hasn't fixed it. It was a waste of money because I couldn't eat mine. I willnow have to drive way out of my way to go to the East Bidwell location. Such a shame. Read more
I got a DoorDash order delivered that was missing most ingredients. Drove here to have it replaced. The on duty Manager (young... lady) was rude and refused to make my order correct. Said I had to purchase a whole new meal. DoorDash split the difference withme and it wasn?t even their fault. The chipotle on sunrise has been much better. Read more

This is easily the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to or ordered from. I've ordered 4 times from here (3 online pickup... orders and 1 dine in) and there have been different problems every time. Once we got the wrong order. Another time they were outof vegetable fajitas "because the onions and peppers went bad". Yet another time we couldn't get burrito bowls because they wereactually out of the molded paper bowls! It apparently didn't occur to them to try to get some bowls from another store. Don'tever go to this store! Drive a little further and go to the next closest Chipotle. You won't be sorry. Read more
My visit here today was nice and simple and easy, the lobby/dining area was 9/10, the food area looked really good, staff was... nice and welcoming. Overall everything was great and cost for the food was just right worth the $16 for 1 drink, chips & gaucand a Burrito w/double steak Delicious great lunch!! Thank you!! Read more
By far one of the worst Chipotle's I've ever been to! I ended up ordering from their mobile app at 8:30 with a promised time of... 8:40. I did not get my order until 9:20. Also I was made to wait in store while other people who walked in after me we'regetting their orders made and done before I even had mine started. When I got home I realized they also messed up and forgot toput Carnitas in my bowl and left out part of my order! Very frustrating. This Chipotle needs to get their act together. Veryfrustrating when youre skipped over and made to wait and then find out your order wasn't even made correctly let alone missingitems. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Read more
Not even joking. Manager or some dude burping hella loud and laughing in the kitchen in front of customers.. bro that was beyond... nasty. And saw a girl climb on top of a table where they handle tortillas and put her nasty crocs on the same table. Someoneneed to stop this place for real. Read more
