They didn't put part of my order in the bag, and when I called to get a refund, they said I had to come back to get a refund,... even though I ordered and paid online. With gas being $6 a gallon, I'm not driving all the way back out for a partial refund. Iwill not be getting food from this del taco again. Read more

My experience here... The outside looked okay a little disappointing the drive threw height is only 8ft so unfortunately my work... vehicle doesn't fit. So I parked and went to the doors and they are locked but there isn't a sign anywhere showing "Lobby isClosed" so I called the restaurant number it rang 12 times guy answers "Lobby is Closed and Corp hasn't sent us a sign toproperly post and we can't do a hand written one" I responded back "my work vehicle is too tall for the drive threw So can I domy order over the phone?" He responded "I'll open the door for you". Food was good no issues. The only other issue I had was thebathroom outside was in very poor condition and really could use some attention. Overall I am thankful that he allowed me toorder because my Favorite quick taco/burrito place is Del Taco!! Read more
A little below my expectations. I ordered the chicken wet burrito plate as an online order for pickup. I arrived right around... the time listed in the email to pickup the meal and upon arrival the food prep woman announced that she couldn't find my orderand then asked me to dictate the order to her. She got started on it and then suddenly my order miraculously showed up on herscreen. Not a big deal, just some confusion. I had never ordered this entrée before though I had eaten something similar atCarl's Jr a while back so I really didn't know what to expect. It certainly looked good as you can see in the photo. Taste was alet down. The burrito was soggy throughout from all the salsa poured all over it along with the liquid sour cream that oozed outfrom the middle. It would have been so much more enjoyable with some lettuce or finely chopped cabbage and a little lesswetness. I guess you could say it lived up to its name. The whole soggy mess was only partially redeemed by the salsa and chipsthat came with it. Read more
I eat here frequently, usually going through the drive-thru, because the seats are the worst, most uncomfortable seats I've ever... sat in, in a fast food restaurant. Today I got my usual order, but my Dell classic chicken burrito is only half full, and thetop of the tortilla is really hard, and I'm going to have to tear it off and throw it away. Several of the ingredients werecompletely missing. If I wasn't so far away already, I would go back. This is ridiculous that they even bagged the food likethis. My partners tortilla was rock hard as well. Also, the woman running the drive-thru today was speaking so quickly andinterupting, that it was literally impossible for me or the other people in my car to understand her. The Del Taco on thecorner of Greenback and San Juan seems to have better quality and consistency. This isn't my first issue here recently withincorrect orders. Read more
Decent enough. I get a lot of flat sodas from this location soecifically but the fries are always great.
