Stopped in on an impromptu restaurant run at 8:15 pm (they closed at 9pm. We wanted some sushi ???? and a late dinner. Our... server was welcoming and helpful. The sushi rolls were fresh, teriyaki beef was tasty and the curry beef was a whole vibe. Irecommend this place for a date or quick sushi run!! Read more

As the "Mother Ship" of the Mikuni's, this place never fails in having the freshest sushi, crunchiest tempura, & soul warming... sake. Staff is helpful & friendly (except one who hardly says anything except to the chef. lol) Read more
I'm visiting from out of town and came at the recommendation of my family. I am not a big fan of sushi but decided to still give... it a try and I was not disappointed. There are plenty of options so regardless of where you are on the sushi spectrum there issomething for you. There are also non-sushi items on the menu as well (recommend the teriyaki chicken). I have not had the chance to dine-in here yet but I had have ordered take-out several times for special occasions. Every time... the sushi is perfect and fresh, and the customer service is excellent. My family and I are very picky with sushi after living onthe coast for years but Mikuni's impresses me each time. I have tried a lot of sushi places in the Sacramento area but this isthe only one that I keep coming back to. Read more
Brought the family here for dinner and it was a hit. The kids loved the place and really enjoyed their food. The rolls are... delicious, decently sized. All you can eat miso soup and our server was friendly and very attentive. Would highly recommend thisparticular Mikuni location. Read more
