Love the food but the employees have no brain cells. I don?t know if it?s the masks cutting off oxygen to the brain or what.... This location needs to train their employees better and teach them customer service in how you treat people. Read more
Second time item missing. Ored 2 item box. Walnut chicken, walnut shrimp with chowmein. Got shrimp & chowmein. Wrong order terrible attitude to fixed , some. Employees tock about the situation with other costumer apparently so so bad... actitud , how they check the plates ( containers) and charged the amount money and after all this you pay for something is notcomplete i get home my order is not complete back to the restaurant and handed all this is not worth ending with the remplaceall order and back home to ending my day in positive way ,; Read more
TERRIBLE, DON?T COME HERE! I had a bad first experience at this location so I never had come back here until I ordered online... because I was hungry and just wanted something fast. I did an online order and ordered my usual but I ordered my mushroomchicken a la carte and to my HORROR when I found a LIVE FLY UNDERNEATH MY CHICKEN. I had eaten a good amount when I found itgreasy and stuck underneath the piece of chicken I was about to eat. I never am coming to this location again, the food was roomtemperature at best, I was ignored when standing to receive my order, and they wouldn?t pick up the phone from the six times Itried calling to ask them for a refund. The fried rice was hard. The teriyaki chicken was good. I found there is no real consistency when getting food here.
Panda is pretty much the same everywhere, food wise. The differences show themselves in good management, friendly competent... staff and shop cleanliness. This location seems to do a good job in those areas. Read more
Most consistent panda express I been to. Food always tastes the same and fresh. It's loud so make sure the servers can hear you.
