The customer service here is just amazing, everyone is so happy and outgoing I love the energy.
I drive here at least once a month to drink there coffee. My stomach does not allow for more as it gives me the worse you know... what. But its not there coffee that does it its just coffee in general. But let me tell you the bathroom is very clean before iuse it. I love the staff. Muchelle is the greatest. Very good with here hands and handling my drink. Over all they are allgreat. See you again next month when my you know what clears up. Read more
Very dissapointing experience. I show up at 430pm to try the new vegan Flatbread & they tell me they have their ovens turned... off? They don't close until 530pm, what is up with that? Never going back. I was excited to try the new vegan Flatbread butclearly had to give my business somewhere else. In addition, I arrived after trying the Folsom location because they were soldout. Even called before hand to make sure they were in stock and they said they were. Ridiculous. Get your act together Peet's.For such a big corporation you have no idea what you are doing. First off coffee and staff are a 5 star experience. They manage and keep this place clean all through covid. The Pete's coffee... food has always been the let down. Bland and overpriced with a feeling of being ripped off. Everything else is amazing amazingamazing. I take my 5 star reviews seriously and until Pete's as a corporation improves the food then I'd be happy to hand out a5 star. Read more

Staff and drinks are AMAZING. best coffee in town. Stephen, jordan, tiff, jimmy, noah , all recognize and remember my drink.... They make me feel like family. Atmosphere here is super relaxing.
