The ham was amazing. However, the staff member I had could not even process my credit card correctly.

We've been getting our special occasion hams from the Honey Backed company for years. The have an excellent product line, albeit... a tad pricey, but worth it during the holidays. The store is always very clean and the staff is very courteous. Read more

This store is amazing around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with there streamlined operations for picking up our... orders. I recommend the ordering ahead option online which aids in this process. Also, if you are not in a huge hurry goinglater in the afternoon can help you avoid the biggest rush which usually occurs before noon. Read more

We bought Christmas ham there last year at $72, This year the same ham is 95 to $100. The ham is wonderful wonderful flavors... the only ham I can eat that does not make me sick. But just way too expensive as my husband and I are on social security. Unfortunately we will be getting our ham elsewhere.. Read more

On my travels, got to visit the Honeybaked Ham and Cafe in Citrus Heights, CA. And let me say, the cafe is classy. I... appreciate the price point of the sandwhich selections. I tried the "Turkey Bacon Ranch" sandwich which is $6.00. It consistedof choice of Bread (they have a selection), Honeybaked Ham, Turkey, Bacon, Chedder Cheese, The usual Vegetable condiments(Tomato, onion), and Avocado. Let me tell you, the way they created the sandwhich had been true to the name of the sandwhich. Meaning, they were not skimpy on the ingredients of the namesake. That Ham, Turkey, Bacon was perfectly cooked crispy (wasstacked and interlaced to cover every inch of the sandwhich) and the Ranch Dressing. I really appreciate that they sandwhichartists put plenty of Bacon on the sandwhich. I was offered 2 sides and a bottled drink for 4 dollars more. The side Iselected was Chedder Potatoes (cooked like au gratin, but without the seasoning) that also had sizable pieces of Ham and someChives that added to the great flavor of the cheese sauce. The other side selections are a choice of Soup or Salad. I selectedthe Salad which has Romain Lettuce, Field Greens,Tomato, Purple Cabbage and Red Bell Pepper (that gave an extra flavor andcrunch) while topped with Ranch Dressing I drizzled from a side ramekin. The the time of having my lunch was at 1:15pm on aThursday. The Sandwhich Artist offered me samples of their Turkey a couple of times. There were a couple of people ordered some Ham and some Turkey. The Cafe area was empty and clear. My lunch experience there was fantastic, reasonably priced and Igive a Solid 5 Stars rating because they honor Military d Veterans even though they didn't officially have a discount. Iappreciate, they Discounted on the of the sides (the Cheesy Potato) w/ $2 off. Awesome and thank you!!! Read more
