The majority of the time food is as expected and service is good. In occasion you get the employee Thai doesn't want to be... there and doesn't care of you are either. Always, always, always check your order before you leave if you are getting it to go. 9 times out of 10 something is wrong or missing. I have to go here all the time for my father who loves the 1/2 lb roast beefand curly fries. I almost always have to go back in for the fries. Read more
This Arbys in fair play is close to the interstate 85. It?s in the loves gas station. But the drive through is pretty good and... the people working the store were pretty nice. The order was quick and it came out as I Ordered. All in all a pretty goodexperience at this arbys Read more

Sandwiches were not that good and there was a dead fly in the apple turnover that I ate almost all of, except after seeing fly... in the apple part. Then after bringing it to the staff attention, I got the money for the turnover back. How generous. Gross. Read more
Pull to Drive thru, And the guy comes on the speaker and says due to shortage of help we are closed through the drive-through.... You can come inside. I go inside and there are five guys in the back working. Everybody?s got their radio blaring andheadphones on doing their own little thing, but nobody?s helping people standing in line trying to get food.. 5 minutes later,The guy that cook the food actually , come out of the back, and asked the server , if he was going to give me my food that hadbeen sitting there? If he had had his headphones off and not had the radio blaring, he would?ve heard them say order up. Thislocation has went downhill bad. Me & the family used to come through here at least once a week and get food at night and neverwait on food.. Will not be back until UPPER management makes changes.. Or this location closes down.. I drove out of my way because I had a loyalty card. The building was closed. I walked to the drive through. They spoke, i placed... an order, they went silent. I walked to the window and repeated it. Sandwich, side of curly fries, ice water. Had to repeat ittwice more. Charged me for a combo. Refunded my card. Tried to give me only the sandwich. Asked for the supervisor. I always receive the best service especially from the manager Zach. Their milkshakes are wonderful also
