A Fairbanks classic, truly. You know that Summer's here when the Bun trailer rolls into town. Good cinnamon buns, good cookies,... and good sourdough sandwiches. Their baked goods are amazing, their cinnamon rolls are the stars for a reason. They have diving duck coffee which is delicious.... They have wonderful sandwiches, you choose from a selection of meats, cheeses and vegetables and they go on rolls that they bakeas well. The coffee cake was amongst the best I ever had (marionberry on this particular day). Located next door to beaver sports it had... taken up shop in the corner of a parking lot and offers amazing baked goods as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks. A mustvisit if you are visiting like me. Read more
