We came in with pretty minimal expectations. The vibe was relaxed and friendly we ordered an old world style pizza. When the... team realized they had mixed up our order they were extremely apologetic, we weren't bothered as honestly we're on vacation andeverything in Fairbanks seems to be closed on. Sunday evenings so we weren't in a rush to get anywhere. 3 different t teammembers apologized for the delay and comped our pizza and gave us a couple of canolis for the wait. Had a great conversation here, an oasis in the midst of chaos. Took a bit to settle in, and my friend had ordered a Chicago... deep dish pizza, which a customer behind him from Chicago spoke fondly of. It looked amazing, yet my regular pizza came out afull 15 min before his, so wish I had said something about the timing beforehand. Larger location here near Minnie street, thanthe other near UAF. Immediately upon entry we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The pizza took awhile to cook, but I can't complain... considering they make it from scratch and cook it in a fire oven. This is the best pizza I've had in the Fairbanks area so far.We were checked on multiple times during our visit and staff bid us farewell on the way out. Read more
Definitely one of my favorite pizza places I've eaten at. They make so many things from scratch including but not limited to the... salad dressings, pizza dough and the pizza sauce. Delicious new York style pizzas and they are always coming up with fantasticand delicious new items for their menu. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! Read more
Wow!! We ate here the other day and it's absolutely the best pizza we've had since we left Italy! The garlic knots were also so... scrumptious as was the ranch sauce, and I normally do not like ranch! They make many things there from scratch and you cantell! Best pizza in town, hands down!! I 100% recommend House of Fire Pizza to everyone who is looking for high quality food. The variety of pizza offered are all so... good. You can literally taste the quality of the ingredients! Not only is the pizza good, but the SALADS too!!!!! Look at thesalads offered here!! They?re so fresh and each come with an in-house-made salad dressing.
