So I went to this McDonald's to grab a quick bite and even though they were technically open, both the drive through and dining... room were closed. They were doing online orders only. Now I don't know about you, but I'm not trying to download an app just tosit in the parking lot for who knows how long to wait to receive my food. Either have it so the store is open or closed, thishalf open jumping though hoops to get food is way too much and I don't have a reason to go back. Read more
Waited an hour after checking several times for an order I put in through the app. No refund, just shrugged and said they... couldn?t see it on the orders coming up. Watched at least 20 cars go through the drive through while we waited in something wepre-ordered before arrival. The first time, they said it was probably behind an order and to wait. The second time, my order wasjust put back in and now I?m waiting hoping it?ll come out. Won?t come back to this location. Read more

Two stars because the food itself is fine once you get it. Overall service is consistently poor. Some employees seem to care,... most clearly dont judged by both tone and action. Orders wrong, orders rung up incorrectly, attitude displayed implies thatyou're an inconvenience not a customer. After my drive through order was incorrect I had to go into the lobby, where anothercustomer was asking for their order to be fixed. Typical Read more
This place is slow. 7/3 they had no ice but filled my Dr. Pepper halfway as if there was ice in the cup. No thank you from the... girl who gave us our (cold) food. And they offer $15/hr but $16 for management? That explains a lot. Read more
One star because it?s literally the lowest it will let me give. The burger was made in the box halfway off the bun itself. I?m... pretty sure it was spit on too. I used to work at McDonald?s, and even then I?ve never seen a sandwich made this poorly. Read more
They have a lovely play place for the kids, an invaluable public service. My biggest issue is I have to tell the kids they can't... go every single weekday for dinner. No notes. 10/10. Read more
