Yum! I had heard a lot of people talk about how awesome this place was, so I finally made time to get a to-go order for my... lunch today. I ordered the NIM noodles, spicy. And guess what? It was ACTUALLY spicy! And yummy! Noodles on thethicker/wider side, which is my preference. I also got a Thai green tea. Great service, very homey vibe in the restaurant. Read more
Very good Thai Food. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The best one was the Tom Yam soup - this is just so delicious. We... also tried the Veggie Spring rolls which was good and comes with the sweet sauce. The Drunken noodles is yummy and also the GangPhak is excellent. My first time to this place I was a little intimidated by the owner. He came off seeming really rough and mean, but as the meal... continued he began to show me who he really was. At this restaurant you're gonna get great customer service with a very friendlyowner. He'll remember you the next time you come around and will make your time there worthwhile. But to add to that, the foodhere is also amazing! I love this restaurant and am looking to come here more often. Read more
Atmosphere very nice, excellent service. Thai tea was very good. Could definitely tell it was fresh. The fresh rolls were tasty,... but a little average and salty. Panang curry tasted a little too much like peanuts, and beef was over cooked. They also usedstew meat so it didn't taste quite right. The red curry was very good. Overall: 3.9/5 (to go) We came in person and ordered 2 noodle dishes to go. The lady who took our order was really nice, giving... us recommendations and water while we were waiting for our food. The food came out in about 10 minutes so it was pretty quick The prices are pretty high and more expensive than California though. Drunken Noodle With Pork ($18): This is the most popularnoodle dish. It was pretty good but not the best I had. It wasn't as umami as I was expecting and it had cauliflower which isn'ttypical. Nim's Special With Chicken ($18): This is a lighter version of the drunken noodle but with more random vegetables. Thechicken was a bit overcooked and dry. I would stick with the drunken noodles.
