Poor customer service and they didn't make food as other pizza hut locations undercooked and poorly displayed
As a warning they will not honor any coupons from Pizzahut.com they kid behind the counter was very unprofessional and explained... he didn't feel like accepting a coupon as the gas prices are higher. I highly recommend ordering from any other pizza restaurantin town. Read more
Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a few years, because we weren't very happy with past orders. Thought we would give them another... chance. Ordered a Family sized Supreme. Showed up with pepperoni and sausage on it. That was it. Called them back and told themthey didn't put 3 of the five toppings on it. They said they were out of those ingredients. Got charged full price and was notinformed they were out. Done with them for another ten years! Read more
We ordered through an online platform, and the pizza was done in 10-15 minutes! Much shorter than the platform?s estimation... time. The staff was very nice and helpful, and there?s plenty of parking space in front of the restaurant. Recommend! Read more
I was told I would have my pizza in 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours later I called and was told they were short drivers. They gave me... $15.00 off, when I got the pizzas it was Barley warm. I call to talk to a manager and was told they wouldn?t give my money backand she hung up on me. I can?t understand why they have people working for the company that act that way. When I called to place my order, the guy at the call center had a very heavy accent and was talking extremely fast. When I asked... him to please slow down so I could understand him he hung up on me. However when I went directly to Pizza Hut the guy behind thecounter was working by himself with one other guy and they were rocking it. I will definitely be going back there.
