Was super fast but my drink was supposed to be a blended ice and delicious coffee with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle... Starbucks$ 8.50 delicious treat.it was just cold coffee no sugar no sweet just sum cold coffee 2 much milk and sum cool whip .I was having a terrible day and figured Starbucks would cheer me up... Not alot of traffic for 9:00 am on a Thursday... The baristas all have headsets they are able to talk to each other like group... voice chat.. I'm sure the idea was to make the very heavily relyed upon drive up window more efficient. How ever my first timeinside the establishment I got ignored by the first barista because she was previously engaged with her peer and coworkers onthis private Group chat they Young Ladies were distracted by. Constantly out of stock. Never consistent. Always disappointing.
Quick, friendly and their app was easy to order for pickup. I went through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised.

I highly prefer the veteran owned company called black rifle coffee company, it is truly the best coffee on earth. Just stopped... into Starbucks because I was in a hurry, never had a good coffee there yet, all taste burnt. Read more
