The food is good and what you would expect. But they never ask you what type of sauce you want and you have to tell them. And... even after you do that they still forget. The last 3 times I went I never received my Arby's sauce or Marinara. Other then this.No complaints. Read more

First and foremost , I ordered at drive thru ,explained that I would be needing around 15 Arby's sauce at the speaker . If you... have a policy that only 2 per sandwich should of told me that at the speaker ,instead of letting me order , spend almost 20bucks and then rudely give attitude when I asked for more then 4 sauces . I like to dip my curly fries in them. Secondly y'allservice was prompt but rude , just to be given dryer then dry roast beef , fries weren't even hot and mozz sticks were stillcold ...cheese was hard inside ????. I mean do better ! Ordered the new wagyu burger at lunch with 2 other orders, get back to eat it and mine wasn't in the bag. Called, spoke to... Adriana who said come back and get it, she agreed to after work. Go back and wife also ordered, get to window & said they gaveour order & my burger to someone else so please pull forward. Burgers come out, made sure there were 2 burgers. Get home andboth were raw as hell. Your team sucks including the guy i returned it too. Sorry Adriana and Karen but they work for u. Willnever be back. Zero Stars. Arbys is always Arbys. Food not as good as it used to be but, the have a lot more to choose from, the food is much better than... McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. Tastes fresher, and has much more flavor. Read more
