I?m not trying to be ?that? person, but honestly. 5 people working, walked past 2 on my way ok who were smoking with friends. ... No one acknowledged me. Waited inside for a few minutes when one of the girls outside came in. I said hello, she barelyblurted the words hi before walking into the back. Two drivers pass me, neither say hi. The cook is running around trying toget orders ready when one of the two drivers say, ?There?s a customer up front.? Still, no one says hi. Finally the frontclerk comes out of the bathroom and he was very kind and friendly. When you?re in food service, 90% of your job is customerinteractions. Got home with order and pizza was so burnt it wasn?t even edible. I would have completely understood having to wait for a new... one, if they had told me. They chose to send me home with something we couldn?t even eat. In today?s economy I think people aremore careful about how their money is spent. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in a half hour. Pickup not delivery. We were a little late picking it up, but... apparently they had sent it out to someone else. The guy working the counter was very apologetic and had a new deluxe pizza madein 6 minutes! And they gave us a complimentary order of beadsticks. So it was ok. Worst pizza of my life. Consistently. This Cassanos location is a disgrace to the name. Vic Cassano would turn over in his... grave to see what these folks serve as food. Tried carryout this time; since delivery is always 90 minutes and neverfresh. Pizza was still stale and cold and looked like it had been dropped and shoved back in the box. Half of the toppingswere slid off and it wasn't even cut. I would have blamed a driver if I hadn't carried this home on my own lap. It took them an hour to get the order to us.then it was cold,burnt and nasty. I called them and was told to take it back to the... store. When i arived they looked at it and said it was acceptable they did not want to give a refund.then offered to give mehalf a refund.
