Hot Head, as a company, continues their decline as they continue to underpay employees and lose them, cut store hours, and have... an inept Mobile App that confuses both customers and the employees reading the order (frequently causinginaccuracies). Went to this store couple of weeks ago on a Sunday. Walked in, 5 store employees looked at me, said nothing, and then walked... into the back kitchen for 5 minutes and never came out to serve the food. Ended up just walking out of the restaurant and goingelsewhere. While driving off, saw them smoking outside the back area of the restaurant. Inside was also dirty. Read more

Overall I really like this store, great people and all but please tell the employees to get rid of any flies if they are flying... around the food. Just saying I nearly cancelled my order because of that. Some people would freak out seeing that.
