Love Pizza Hut. Despise their call center. They are unsure of how to Time Order and have messed my Time Order on many... occasions...I would show up to pick up my food only to find it was incorrectly placed in the system for incorrect times and noteven in the oven yet. Had to wait an hour for a pick up 2 weeks ago. The manager gave me a $10 discount for the wait. I wouldrather not have had to wait an extra hour after work. Not the 1st time this has happened. Feel like I wasted almost $45 on our order. Pizza was dry as cardboard. Sauce was almost non existent, cheese was barely there... and just dry, and very little toppings. Never again, I ordered through the website, and doordash ended up delivering the food. I was never notified they would be... delivering my stuff, driver forgot a item, admitted it was his mistake yet said he couldn't go back and get it. I called thestore 3 times no answer, 4th time I got hung up on and 5th time finally got a answer. I simply asked for that item to berefunded and was told they couldn't and would either give me a credit or have one of their drivers bring it when they had aavailable driver, I said that's fine. Next thing I know here comes doordash again. When I finally did get to the food, the pizzawas not good, and it was halfway cut, very dry due to hardly any sauce, breadstick bag was covered in grease and they were cold.I also ordered fries and for $3 and change all you get is the equivalent to a small fry from McDonald's. I ordered pizza and pasta for a birthday party, they barely put any sauce on any of the pizzas, barely any pepperoni. It just... didn't look edible. Not sure what they were doing in the store that they paid no attention to my order and probably others toobut this sucked! Only positive thing I can say is it arrived on time. Read more

This is my first time eatting at this location since I just moved here and lemme tell you the pizza and service was amazing!
