food is good, but they mess up my order every. single. time. i always order on the app for pick up and get a side of lite ranch,... never get it unless i ask when i walk in to get my order. today i tried to order delivery on the app, they forgot my side ofranch and a whole smoothie! when i called to tell, they said the app doesn?t have delivery??? so the workers are clueless to howthe store and app operates obviously. now i?m having to drive there to get my smoothie that they forgot. very displeased onceagain. after having to pick my smoothie up, the workers are rude and i figured i?d get an apology or offer for the inconveniencebut all i got was ?have a good day.? won?t be coming back to this location. So went to pick up a doordash at 8pm and the store closed at 8pm. Knocked on glass and both girls looked at me and laughed. If... you as a company can't hire the right people to do there job then they should shut down. Tried to call them as well but theydon't answer the phone either. I know doordash is not a top priority, but at the end of the day you hurt the customer not me. I could see the order setting on the shelf and they yelled and said they can't open the door and give me the order. I guess wejust hire anyone. I would have gave zero stars, im also a customer so I won't be going to this location anymore. If you can'trun 3rd party delivery service then you should quit doing it or hire your own drivers. I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and smoothie with Kale Apple Slaw?so the wrap and the smoothie looked and tasted... great?but what in the H*ll is this? I?ve had a few bad smoothies from this place but today?s was enough for me to leave the review and swear off the is location for... a few months. Both my fiancé and I ordered peanut paradises and mine is straight up banana water that?s pink(I addedstrawberry) I don?t taste any peanut butter and not a hint of strawberry and it?s not even the right consistency. This is a place you don't have to feel guilty about after eating. You could eat three meals a day here. If a smoothie won't fill... you up, there have a nice selection of wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and salads. I ate the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken with a sunrisesunset smoothie. Read more
