This place needs a complete overhaul! Limited product availability, cash only service, poorly trained staff! Didn't waste time... or money placing an order here! Moved down the block to McDonald's where they are abundantly staffed and full stock of product!This makes 2 out of 3 Wendy's in Fairborn area that need a corporate fix up NOW! Read more

The service at this Wendy's used to be terrible; extremely slow service, they never had baked potatoes, and they almost always... messed up the order. I must say everything has improved! Service is much faster and the staff is more pleasant now, the ordersare not messed up, and the food tastes good. Plus, they have baked potatoes which makes my daughter very happy! Read more

Okay, it's first world problems time. Three times in a row I have ordered my burgers from this Wendy's w/no cheese. And three... times in a row I have gotten them w/cheese. I get that mistakes happen, and in the grand scheme of things unwanted cheese onyour burger is pretty small. But like you, like the folks working at this Wendy's, I work hard. Money is tight and sometimes mytime is even tighter. I just wanna get a burger, sit down and forget my cares for a few minutes. Not too much to ask, right?Well apparently it is at this location. I am done. I will never, ever, frequent this Wendy's again. That their fries are alwayssoggier than a communal towel is just the cherry on the sundae. Read more

This place is a joke. If you don?t have staff to operate then just close the doors. Sat in line for half an hour so they could... completely mess up our order. Shorted us a fry, made the sandwich wrong, didn?t give us straws for the drinks. Doors are lockedso you can?t go inside to have the problems fixed, you have to wait in line for another half hour. Refused to issue a refundfor the fry I was shorted and the uneaten food that was wrong. Avoid this place at all costs. Read more

Arrived at 4pm in the drive through line. Didn't leave until after 430. Only 2 cars were ahead of me. No one bothered to address... me or take my order at the speaker. No sign posted that it was or wasn't working. Drove up to first window. Closed. Drove up to2nd window. Looked like a decently staffed crew inside. Lady looked at me like why didn't I put my order in earlier with herheadset on. Again to get 2 kids meals took over 30 minutes to recieve with only 2 cars in front of me. Terrible. Read more

This was probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line and was given... cold food as a result (stale buns included) I called and complained and they nicely offered to make my food again and when Iwent back, they were rude and didn?t say a word to me. I got the food for the second time and the food was room temp and was notfresh like they promised. I understand they are short-staffed but that gives no reason to make poor quality food. Read more

Horrible customer service at 5:51pm on June 24th. The woman taking the order screamed at my father who is a senior citizen... because he couldn't hear past her mumbling. The food I received was ice cold and poorly put together. I was afraid to eat it itwas so bad. They served cold hardened meat to a pregnant individual. Read more
