Very busy location. Food was good, but not very hot. The server that took our order was very confused about all information... given for our order. Went here on 10/17/22 and ordered a spicy grilled combo and some nuggets. The nuggets and drink were good. The fries lacked salt... and the spicy grilled sandwich was cold and had a piece of plastic on the sandwich that I found with my second bite. I wrote tochick fil a and they stated this restaurant would follow up. Haven?t heard a word. You may want to examine your food beforeeating. I guess the management at this restaurant is only interested in churning people through and really do not care aboutquality. Read more
There was nothing good to say about this location other than the food was the same good quality that the company is known for.... EVERYTHING!!! else was HORRIBLE there were plastic petitions everywhere we drove around the store twice just trying to get inline. We would have park but there was NO parking anywhere on the lot the drive thru lines took up the parking lot. Read more

It just gets worse by the day. The incompetence and lack of detail is terrible. I received an order that didn?t even belong with... my order. 5239 but had and order 5211. Why is the food still out? You can cause someone to get sick. Especially someonepregnant! Dry and burnt. My order was not fulfilled the first time. Having to swipe my card twice because the staff didn?t getthe full order the first time. Don?t you usually repeat the orders to your guest!! Not the CFA way. Arrived during peak lunch hours and, as is typical of this chain, received prompt service with hot food. Order taker got the... order wrong and unfortunately, there was no way to get back in line as they were so busy. We got all 3 spicy chicken sandwichesinstead of 1 spicy and 2 regular. As a result, the 2 spicy chickens were not able to be eaten. Read-back may be a goodtraining item. It's done routinely in healthcare and saves a lot of time and trouble. Read more
Unfortunately I didn't have an idea experience at this location. I was able to use the app seamlessly to order the food and the... service was good, but the food had issues. As you can see from my pics the hash browns were crumbles, and the egg white grillsandwich had a lot of char residue. The coffee was the saving grace yet it was overfilled. The coffee was spilling out the topwhile driving because it was so full. The employee wasn't super friendly like they are usually but they used my pleasure. Read more
I have stopped here a couple times on my way to work in the morning to get breakfast. The drive thru line is INCREDIBLY slow. I... avoid coming to this location for that reason alone. I understand that being so close to I-85 makes it a busy location, but theyneed to do a better job of facilitating the line to move quicker. It should not take 20 minutes to get my food. I will say thefood has been fine and the employees are friendly. But, if you?re trying to get to work on time, don?t come here. Read more
