I order two handmade pan pizza with alfredo sauce in it and there was no sauce in it. It was dry.
I order from this location on a consecutive basis. I called and this lady continued to hang up the phone on me intentionally. I... asked why she kept hanging up in my face I?m just trying to place an order she was very rude. I advised her I could wait that?snot a problem but intentionally hanging up on customers is not professional. She was yelling and I told her I would never orderfrom this location again. Whoever that African American lady is who was taking orders on Jan 17th @ 8:15pm she needs to beterminated and if she is the GM or a manager definitely needs to be replaced. Indefinitely!!!!!! Driver ebony said she delivered my order. When I never got it. I watched her on the tracker she turned around and said it was... delivered. Never got a call or anything from the driver when I left instructions to call. Then calling the store to get my moneyback they keep you on hold for ever and never answer I want my $35.00 back Read more
Unfortunately, all of the negative reviews about this location are right. I just moved to Fairburn a few months ago and decided... to try delivery from this Domino's. I placed my order online and immediately after remembered that since I live in a newdevelopment, they may have issues finding the address. So, I called the store, with the intention of confirming that they wouldbe able to find the address and providing any additional specific instructions they may need. I was left on hold for 4 minutesuntil a woman came on and said, "Domino's, please hold." She then proceeded to leave me on hold for another 4-5 minutes. I hungup. Since I'd already placed the order online, I figured if they had trouble finding my address, they would just call me. Afterabout 45 minutes, the dominos tracker showed that my order had been CANCELLED and that I should call the store for moreinformation. WHO cancels a customer's order without first calling them to explain why? This is unprofessionalism at its best.There is no doubt in my mind that this location will not stay in business for very much longer. Though I'm upset, I'm glad Idodged the bullet of how bad the food would've probably tasted and how terribly sick it would have made me. Blessing indisguise! I usually have a good experience here, as long as I pick up my order, everything is usually ready on time and the food is... prepared without issue. I worked late so today, I ordered delivery. I waited until 9ish to order and it took me some time to getthe order correct but the delivery was promised within 50 minutes. It took about 65, which I have no problem with, It's a Fridaynight, I've worked in food delivery so I understand the demand. What I don't understand is the cook, knowing the demand yetpreparing my pizza and allowing it to sit on the counter for 40 minutes until the driver was able to return and select my orderfor delivery. Time management with issues like delivery drivers is very pertinent to keeping a customer happy with quality food.No telling what happened in the 40 minutes my pizzas sat there, and the boxes are riddled with grease to further support thetheory that Danielle isn't to wise with the best process to ensure a fresh order. The order took over an hour to get to my address. I called multiple times before the hour mark to cancel the order and was not... able to get through. The driver called and said he knocked on the garage door and when there was no answer...he took executiveaction and left our pizzas in the garage on top of a deep freezer that we were going to discard! Instead of ringing the frontdoor bell! The porch light was on and the side walk was lighted for him to see. This is absolutely unacceptable! We are notanimals. You wouldn?t leave your mothers food on an old deep freezer in a cold garage. Read more
