placed an order at the window it was a simple order the order wasn't done right I ask for two croissants with cheese only the... person handed me 1 and my coffee when I brung it to his attention he said oh it was 2 he walked off I sat there about 7 minutesbefore I pulled off without the croissant. I just got into town and stopped at this location. The service was terrible. The teller was rude and didn?t know what a... poppyseed bagel was and was annoyed with me about it. The manager Quiana was rude and ratchet. When I asked for the corporatenumber she refused to give to me. After I pulled off she was still yelling out the drive through window! Stopped here and told myself I should be in and out since I noticed nobody was in the store waiting. Ordered a signature drink... and a sandwich. While waiting for what seemed like forever for the drink the staff were playing and talking amongst themselves.Convo was unprofessional. Phones and getting snacks from the gas station seemed more important for the crew. Got the drink afterwaiting 10 mins and then heard someone needing to make the sandwich. Another 5 mins added wait. I would hate to see the servicebeing provided with a morning headed to work rush. Idk maybe its like this when the crew has been there all day. They just needto know when to turn off the play time and get the customer in and out. Read more

This is my second back to back bad experience with them. Please check your order before leaving the drive thru. Last week, I... got the wrong donuts. This week, I get all the way to work and the sandwich bread was burned up. Last week I was too angry andjust through the donut away. This week, I'm posting the burnt sandwich. I ate it because I was hungry, spent my money and didnot plan to drive back after arriving at work. What's sad is I'd just expressed to one of their employees that they messed theorder up last week. Businesses need to do better. Especially with the amount of money they are charging . They don't mess up ontaking you cash. Read more

This store is consistent with terrible service. Everyone plays too much and they aren't consistent with making the coffee. I... order the same thing 3 to 4 times a week and it taste different everyday. The hashbrowns and most food items usually tastefreezer burned, and donuts are usually harder than other locations. I'd recommend taking the extra drive to startbucks orsomewhere else.. Read more
