Paid almost $19 for a small container of vegg skillet w/chkn. Was disappointed at the Small container i got for that price. I... get it prices are up now. Just figured itll be ina med or larger container. It was too small. Overall the taste of the food wasso good. Very tasty. I enjoyed it. Good fresh food. Atmosphere didn't feel too positive cause the people that work there werearguing so loud. He was pretty upset at the help he wasnt getting inthe back. But hey thats none of my business. Lol. Needed touse bthrm and had to go nxt door which lady was so rude... but anywho. Food was good. Pics look larger than actual size ofcontainer. Im GF/DF so i didnt have the eggs or cheese that came w/the skillet. Read more
Every meal was pleasurable. The breakfast bowl was awesome, the wings were fresh and crispy. I tried to save half of the... cheeseburger with my husband because he loves a good beef burger, but my greedy azz demolished it. My daughter enjoyed theTurkey burger with fried green tomatoes. Stopped by to check out Hikari shortly after it's opening and was not disappointed. I ordered the seafood platter (pic after... removed from container) and vegan tacos. I was told the seafood platter was tasty. I wasn't sure what to expect with the vegantacos, since I'm not a vegetarian. But, I was pleasantly surprised! The tacos were fresh and flavorful. The fried tofu wasprepared well and added to the deliciousness of the dish. I'll definitely go back to try a few more menu items. Read more
All I can really say is just be patient, they serve multiple restaurants in one, have a great dessert bar, extensive menu... options, and a soul food hot bar some days out of the week. They are cook to order so naturally they handle orders in the orderthey were ordered. They work hard to make sure orders aren't missed but no one is perfect. I've sat and waited for the foodbecause I know it'll be worth the wait, so just give them a chance to get it right. ???? Read more
I've updated my review from 3-4 stars. This time I did an order for pick-up. I had the chicken caesar salad with shrimp add-on.... It was very good, the shrimp and chicken were delicious. Their actual cafe is quaint and cute. They have lots of baked pastriesand cakes, as well as a nice selection of herbal oils and treats. I'm glad I tried them again. I do recommend ordering at leasta hour ahead for a better experience. Read more
I always enjoy the fresh meals ordered from here. My kids love the chicken & waffles. The fried shrimp is seasoned deliciously... and the salmon salad is portioned well and flavorful. Hikari also has a fresh bakery on site offering a variety of cupcakes. Ihad the pleasure of meeting the owner today. A great business owner giving good food and service to the Fairburn community. My family and I visited today and I must say that as soon as you walk in you are greeted with warm & inviting energy. It smells... delightful! We ordered house salads and a chicken sandwich deluxe. The presentation was phenomenal and everything was so freshand flavorful. They went above and beyond to make sure our food was right. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the tacosalad.
