Arrived at the window tonight. Lady at the window with white T-Shirt on and blue jeans (no unifiorm) opens the window and says... nothing, just looks at me. I ordered cheese sticks and a cheese pizza. I got a small pepperoni and a stale overcooked cheesepizza. Turned around to take it back to the register. The door is locked and the same lady gestures for me to go back to thedrive through (if you see a customer coming back with your pizza boxes 15 min after the order, there's a good chance thiercoming to correct a bad order. It wouldn't have killed them to at least crack the door to hear me out and get the ordercorrection started instead of send me back through the line to wait on the 4 cars already there). Got back to the window. Samelady opens window and didn't say a word. I explain my order issue and still not a word. She just takes the boxes and tells me Ihave to wait 12 min. I'm typing this as I wait. Just went back through the line. Same lady opens window and just hands me theboxes. Not a word. No apology. Nothing. How rude. When I walk into Little Caesars, no one greeted me. There was no hot and ready. Pizza made. The lady who was taking orders at... the register, kept yelling at them in the back to stop playing because all the orders was behind. It was a guy with a broom inhis hand, handing out orders with the same dirty gloves he just touch the broom with. It was a new girl, waiting to start with adirty mask on her face. Saturday Aug 27th 1:30pm came in, ordered up two pizzas, pepperoni & three meat..well this nice woman gave me the wrong... pepperoni pizza & had the attitude because I asked for napkins lol Let's not be rude to our own ppl folks..We get enough of thatalready..Have a nice Day -Mill Read more

While the food we received was tasty (considering it's Little Caesars), the service was lackluster and left much to be desired.... After waiting in line for over 15 minutes, we pulled up to the window, ordered, and paid just to be told that we would need togo back through the drive-thru in about 10 minutes to receive our food. We had to ask for our card back so that we could then gopark and wait for the food we ordered. I'm confused by whether or not the inside of the store was open considering the fact thatas I walked up to the door after being told to wait the 10 minutes for my food, someone (not wearing any sort of uniform) lockedthe door even though I had just watched other people leave the restaurant. We then had to wait another 10 minutes in the line(on top of the 10 minutes already waited after ordering) to receive our OPEN food. Read more

I ordered a deep dish w bacon and cheese bread. Girl who called herself the manager kept going in the back rushing it so of... course when they came out they are by far not cooked. This has to be the worst little Caesars ever. It didn't used to be I live in the area and they never get your order right and... lately they close the drive through so your forced to go inside and then when you go inside to order they lock the door onceyour inside waiting for your pizza. That has to be a leagal safety issue so I told the gentlemen that I didn't feel comfortablebeing locked inside the facility and he went click and lock the door. I hope the health department or fire department readsthis and fines this place heavily. If you want pizza go elsewhere don't waist your time with this one. The owner really needs toeither get it together or close the place. Read more

If only I could write reviews without putting a star..Now where do I begin..? We had gotten delivery pizza, I was excited to... have some pizza and get a break from cooking but sadly that didn't happen. I was sent cheesy bread that was literally just doughwith hard cheese in the middle, and the pizza.. dont get me started, the pizza was cold and lazily made, the crust was uncookedand it barely had cheese all the toppings were just thrown onto one side. Not to mention when trying to call them it was apainfully long wait. And the end off the day, we had to re cook everything we ordered even then it still tasted terrible. Read more
