Just ordered something from this Papa Johns, and had to get into a dispute with the manager/owner because they did not give any... sauce. Her justification to me is I should?ve asked as opposed to her training her associates to ask if we need anything elsewill not be ordered from this Papa Johns again the owner definitely had a chip on her shoulder and did not take anyaccountability for something so simple. I?d go up the street to another Papa Johns. This is the worst Papa Johns! Save your time, money, and peace of mind do NOT place an order here. Received the wrong order and... was offered a free pizza. Never got a chance to claim it as the store could not be reached. One time finally got the manager toanswer explain after being hold over 30 minutes. Did not get a chance to explain the situation as she hung up on me when Irespectfully said I do not want to be on hold any more. Then proceed to hang up the phone every time I called. I did not treather with disrepect I do not appreciate being treated with disrepect. The GM refused to process the refund on an order from lastmonth. Currently on my third attempt with corporate to sort it out and still no word from the store to me or corporate. Y'allshould just close since clearly no one works here. Read more

Ok so ordered 2 pizzas on the second. One of the was the wrong cut and looked worse than a frozen pizza. The cheap ones.. I of... course complained didn't want to wait. They added me to that list to get one later. Today I call for my replacement get thereand they inform me that it wasn't in the system. Thats not my problem! The cashier however, was there that knows of my issue. This manager tells me she can't replace it off of my word or the cashier. If she took everyone's word the would lose 300 dollarsa week. Again not my problem. If it would have been done right the first time we would have never had a problem. I never eatthere and never will again. She must think all customers are liars. Let me make it clear they are not and frankly my backpackcost more than your rent. You totally insulted me with that nonsense. The only reason I stayed and made you replace it was onprinciple. Whoever the manager is currently , Amber I think that?s her name has a horrible attitude, this is my 3rd time at the... establishment where my order was wrong and instead of just handling it kindly she had so many smart remarks EVERYTIME. Not tomention this specific time when I came for my pizza to be remade, they remade it wrong. Williajah was very slow and poorlytrained as well. Angela and Stephanie are terrible managers who have the audacity to speak to customers with disdain. I don't believe they would... have that same courage in person so I'm going to let them have their pride being the gatekeepers of pizza. My order was calledin and placed incorrectly. I called to let them know it was incorrect upon arrival and that's when this whole saga started. Ihave way more interesting things to do with my time and energy so I won't even go into details. Just know, you would be betteroff making your dough from scratch and driving to local farms to source every ingredient than to spend your time or money withthese people. Read more

Worst customer service I ordered a pizza with a 2 liter drink and some pepper and Parmesan cheese they only left me the pizza... nothing else I called and and they said I have to pick it up . There?s definitely a reason why I got it delivered. I asked fora refund for the inconvience and they refused . I tipped 15% won?t be getting g my service anymore . I placed an order for delivery in which I usually pick up my order. My doorbell rang, It took me only a minute to answer the... door. The delivery guy was getting back in his car. He left my food (pizza and wings) on the door step. I yelled for him towait! I couldn?t believe the policy he told me about. NO CONTACT POLICY. We had a conversation about it.
