Consistently slow and drinks are below average. During the weekday mornings the inside is locked making the drive thru lane... extremely long. I?ve stopped by on several occasions when it was not busy (only a car or two in front of me at the drive thru)and still wait for upwards of 10-15 mins. During my most recent visit they just gave me my drink for free because it wasoutright pitiful. It was made incorrectly and missing the sweet cream cold foam. It wasn?t really a treat getting it freeconsidering it was made incorrectly and I waited 10 mins. I ended up throwing it away because it wasn?t good. This locationneeds better training on speed, efficiency, and consistency. I won?t be returning to waste my time or money. Read more

This is the most disorganized ran Starbucks that I?ve ever been to. Doesn?t matter how often I?ve been there trying to give that... place a chance, it just keeps getting worse. I?ve witnessed them pass off the wrong food back and forth to cars in the drivethru, which is very unsanitary. And the quality of its food and drinks have gone down tremendously. Not to mention the managerhas the worse attitude as she wants to argue with customers in the drive through. Just ridiculous. The drive through line isabsolutely insane. Coffee is good but at almost $4 for a cup of black, this seems excessive. Also, I have run into the issue yet again to place an... order on the app only to find out that rhe store is locked and they want me to go through the drive through. If I have to sit ina line with everyone else, why not just take my order at the box. At least then it would be hot and nor have been sitting on thecounter for 25 minutes. This location continues to have issues. If the manager actually reads these, please make some changes!To boot, this place never opens in time. They should just market it as an hour late that way we will all be pleasantly surprisedwhen they actually make it in to work on time. Read more
I have tried my best to avoid writing a review. And tried to keep giving this location a chance but the jokes on me. It is... actually hurtful the way my drinks have been handed to me on several occasions. When you pay upwards of six dollars for a drinkyou expect care to be taken in the preparation. At least fill it to the top and give me a secure top!!! Read more
