Darryl was HORRIBLE. He was all over the place and not accomplishing anything. He got all of my orders in correct. I waited over... 45 minutes for him to bring cold food. He never made my waffles and the other two orders I placed he brought the wrong food. Thecook scraped the top half of my hash browns off my plate and put them on someone else?s order. He put cold mushrooms and onionson my hash browns and dumped some more hash browns on top of them which I still had cheese in my hash browns that I did notwant. They continuously reached over food sometimes touching the food with their shirts. I would NEVER return to this location.Worst experience ever. Went here to order to go. The young lady who took my order was so fast and very nice. She gave me the best WH experience. I... can't remember her name but she was decked out in her pink for breast cancer awareness and was smiling and glowing. Read more
To be clear, I eat at a Waffle House once or twice a week, never the same location as I work all over I order a simple plate, 2... eggs over medium hash browns scattered and blackened (potato chip) with cheese and chili, wheat bread no meat and a coffee? Igot; Hash browns, no cheese or chili, and when I sent it back they just threw on a piece of cheese, cold Wheat bread with nobutter (bread always has butter at any location) Already broken over easy eggs, yolk all over the plate Cold chili Burnt hotwater with the essence of coffee It?s like they just don?t care, very disappointing, does a huge injustice to the Waffle Housename Read more
My waitress was a very nice young lady?no problem with her. My problem was with my food? I have never went to a Waffle House and... the food was absolutely disgusting. My scrambled eggs I feel were under cooked. My hash browns were gooyie and my chicken meltwas just nasty! I ask my waitress to take the eggs off but I should have gotten a free meal! Read more
I went early afternoon about 11: 30 a.m. so it must have been just the lunch traffic but they were very very packed, only... accepting to go orders. One cashier act as if she was all discombobulated and not sure what was going on but then another personcame to assist her and remained, collected and got everybody under control. I received my food within 15 minutes. when I made itto my destination to consume it, it was still hot and well prepared with the exception of my toast which wasn't completelytoasted and had no butter on it! But other than that all is well, the inside appeared very clean the area where you place yourto go order is really small so I feel like they should have had that more regulated with letting people know once you place yourorder to go and wait in your car. I travel all over and I'll have to say this was the best experience I've had at a Waffle House! Everyone was in a cheerful mood... and enjoying their workday and the food was a reflection of it. The food was great and came out fast! Great job guys! There'snothing I don't like here but the cheese steak on wheat is my favorite along with the Bert's Chilli and cheese hashbrowns....yummy! It was a horrible experience! There were more workers than customer at the time we had placed our order. So I that we will be... able to get our food in time. I left my sister at the restaurant to wait on the order to go to Dunkin? Donuts to get me someiced coffee. I came back and my sister was still waiting on the order which was fine then 15 till 20 minute pass still no order.Now customers are complaining. One customer was complaining in the dining area to the manager regarding the cashier attitude.The cashier was cussing and yelling in front of us the customer. Saying. ?She didn?t give a F?k! The manager needs her causethey always call her in to work.? The manager continued to let her work and take orders. Now our ordered is still not ready.They had to ask us several times about our order. Now it is almost an hour due to the chaos! We had to check the order beforeleaving out because we was missing things. Customer was stating that the cashier that was working is always rude. This needs tobe addressed by the owner!
