You don?t get what you pay for at this location. Not sure if that is a Zaxby?s thing, I know it did not used to be like that. I... ordered a large meal with extra fries and I didn?t even get a regular order of fries. I paid too much money to not get what Ipaid for. This is the actual order before eating any fries. I ordered a fried cobb zalad via doordash. They didn't include chicken, eggs, or bacon, which are the main items that make it a... cobb. It's a chicken restaurant and they leave out the chicken?? The worse!! Ordered double fries and received less than a single order. Every car parked was a vehicle that had gone through... drive thru and asked to pull up or park. One food expeditor bringing our orders. Waited almost 15 minutes, requested a refund.Still got the food only for the order to not be sufficient. I'm glad I requested the refund for my time but especially happythat I didn't have to pay full price for an incomplete order. The drive thru cashier's attitude was horrible.
