I ordered a fried cobb zalad via doordash. They didn't include chicken, eggs, or bacon, which are the main items that make it a... cobb. It's a chicken restaurant and they leave out the chicken?? The worse!! Ordered double fries and received less than a single order. Every car parked was a vehicle that had gone through... drive thru and asked to pull up or park. One food expeditor bringing our orders. Waited almost 15 minutes, requested a refund.Still got the food only for the order to not be sufficient. I'm glad I requested the refund for my time but especially happythat I didn't have to pay full price for an incomplete order. The drive thru cashier's attitude was horrible. The cashier girls are cool though but overall this establishment is not it, nor gives me the... impression that they prioritize sanitation at all and that food isn't always flavorful. We purchased 3 meals and the chicken was not fresh. We did not ask for a refund, but thought it was necessary for the... establishment to know that we were extremely unsatisfied with the product. They had someone taking the orders and it was pretty apparent he... didn?t know the menu because I asked for the option of salads zaxbys had.
