Skip the "steak sandwich". Smothered is not at all. There were a total of 6 tiny square onions pieces no detectable mushrooms,... almost no steak. Overly greasy. I had told the lady I wanted a steak hoagie type and no like a Philly, what did I get a Phillytype. It wasn't good. The second one had a few slices of mushrooms. I?ve ordered spaghetti with meatballs and melted mozzarella Also tried hot cheese bread and just meatballs with melted... mozzarella The just meatballs should have more cheese on it just like the spaghetti option. Nonetheless the meatballs are verydelicious. I won?t be ordering the spaghetti again because I?m not fan. We wanted to try the new Derby City Pizza (formally Fairdale Pizza) since it had switched hands. We ordered hot ham and chese... sandwiches and the Italian sandwiche. The sandwiches are just plain sandwiches, no lettuce, tomato, mayo, marina sauce orItalian dressing. Our server, Jennifer was able to bring us some lettuce and tomatoes they use for salads and packs of mayo. Otherwise very dry and ordinary sandwiches. Next time I'll try the pizza and see if it's as good as Bearino's. Read more
