Absolutely amazing BBQ in a really unique location. They've got all of the staples including pulled chicken, brisket and pork. I... got the brisket sandwich and really enjoyed it. My wife really enjoyed her pulled chicken as well. The sides were all deliciousas well. I really enjoyed all of the different sauces they offer, and even bought a bottle to take home with us. Let me tell you guys, if you?ve never had the food here, you better RUN at here to eat! Jennifer and her staff were all so... polite, friendly and I called them to do a order for 50+ people for my husband?s birthday party. The food is amazingly good. Nocomplaints at all. Everyone loved it and was yes her number and business card. Contact Jennifer King I promise you, you will notbe disappointed in the quality and taste of their food. I?ll definitely use them again for a huge event and for a regular nightout to eat. Reasonable on prices too even through this Covid and price rises that?s going up. The food was hot and fresh andsoooooooo soooooooo good! Not one complaint out of 50+ people. Thank me later Enjoy your next meal if you haven?t been there.Trust me you need to try it out. A great spot for some delicious BBQ. It?s known in the area and worth a stop if you get a chance. The brisket was really nice... and the mac and cheese and green beans were excellent. There are four sauces to choose from, with all four having very distinctflavors (my favorites were the tangy and spicy). Nice staff with fast service. Go support this business. Read more
Local place, carry out, dine-in, patio, parking lot. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, BBQ baloney, turkey ribs ????. Yes, turkey... ribs, white meat from the collar of the turkey paired w/BBQ white sauce (mayonnaise based). 4 kinds of sauce, sweet to hot.Variety of sides. Pulled pork had excellent flavor and the sauces were good too. The sides had a bit to be desired though. Bowls were hot but... sides were luke warm. Made me think they were microwaved. Corn was bland but was tasty after some seasoning. Mac and cheese hadgood flavor but was really runny. Price was on point though. Read more
Great food. Glad we went here. This was my daughter's first time at the Shack. She really enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich,... fries, and potato salad. I enjoyed my ribs, fries, and baked beans. I keep forgetting to buy a bottle of their sop, not as goodas mine, but I like it. Much better prices and quality than the BBQ place closer to me, so worth the drive. Read more
First time at Shack in the Back. Service was a little slow but not too bad for a busy Friday night. Had the Turkey ribs... appetizer, pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese/potato salad sides, and Combo #2 (Ribs, Smoked Sausage, Brisket, Pork withtwo sides of corn and fries). Turkey ribs were fantastic and an absolute must with their White Lightening Sauce. Also usedtheir mustard based BBQ sauce on other items and that was very good as well. Pulled pork had a good smoke flavor. Andouillesmoked sausage had good flavor and heat. Only disappointment was the Mac and cheese which was thin for my liking. Read more
