Fantastic little pizza joint. Friendly staff too! We dine in or pick up a couple times a month. Worth the extra drive for us!

Great atmosphere, quick and friendly service, but pizza was disappointing. It lacked flavor and the pork belly highlighted on... the menu was incredibly sparse on our pie. Read more

Hands down the best Pizza in the area. That used to be a statement that meant very little (VT pizza was severely lacking in... quality for many years with a few notable exceptions The old Junior's in Colchester, sadly now closed, Picasso in Stowe, stillmaintains the quality even in the "new" digs; yes, I've been kicking about the area for some time now and a new discovery ofmine, though not a new place, New York Pizza Oven in Colchester being the exceptions to prove the rule) but the times "they area changin' ." Thank God. I figure what happened is enough folkwho originated from the storied lands of good pizza have moved here and cracked whatever nut that was preventing northern VTfrom having decent pizza as the norm rather than it being the anomaly. Regardless! That was my seriously long winded way ofsaying Stone's Throw Pizza is the shiznat! You should drive there. Now! And consume it. Read more

I was able to try Stone's Throw while on vacation, and I am so glad we stumbled upon it! I ordered the Better Sinatra and it was... honestly one of the best pizzas (especially best vegan pizzas) I have ever had. I am devastated that I don't live in the area tomake Stone's Throw a regular stop. The vegan sausage and mozzarella were both soooooo good and I truly can't stop thinking aboutthis pizza. The local beer options were awesome and the staff was friendly - I honestly loved the whole vibe! Hope to make itback one day ???? Read more

Almost. They have creative ingredients, like smoked mushrooms and charred red onion, but on their specialty pie, The Forager,... roasted garlic overwhelmed the fresh sage. A little noisy. Parking sucks. Read more

Very friendly greeting as soon as you walk in. We sat and we're brought menus, which had the classics and some unique options... for pizza. They have a small, large, and gluten free dough option and I think a few salads. We ordered at the counter and ourfood was ready pretty quickly and the pizza was soooo good! Nice to have something a little different around. My favorite is theHunter with pork belly. Read more

We visited Smuggler's Notch this past weekend and we asked the nearby Boyden Valley Winery for a great place to eat. They... recommended Stone's Throw. We instantly liked the open space atmosphere and the very welcoming staff. We had Caesar's salad, twodifferent tasty pizzas and their unique creme brulee. In short - we loved this place very much. Everyone in this "small' seemedto have a good time. Definitely worth a visit. Read more
