Ordered chicken wings and strips in soy garlic sauce. The chicken wings were good, but the strips are very tiny compared to what... was served at the previous Fairfax location and compared to the other bonchons in the area. We?ve ordered twice, months aparttoo see if this is fixed and so far the extra small strips have remained. The strips also have a very thick breading on thechicken, so the sauce flavor is overpowered. Sad that our go-to bonchon order isn?t the same! My #1 favorite place for Korean Fried Chicken. When they closed the one that was across from the Home Depot during the pandemic... we?d drive all the way to their Annandale location to satisfy our fried chicken craving. I am happy they finally opened a newspot in Fairfax! Curbside order and pickup is fast and easy. I did try the bulgogi main dish and really wasn?t wowed by thetaste. I love bulgogi but it was bland as far as taste and the scallions were very stringy and soggy. I?ll just stick with myfavorite for now. Read more
Check your packaged takeout order before leaving. My tofu Bibimbap did not come with any bibimbap sauce - and I only discovered... this when I reached my destination 30 mins away. Dry bibimbap is not tasty. I also paid for an extra order of radish, which Idid not get. The fried chicken was good. Read more

This is a great location-- too bad it isn't on campus. The staff are great and courteous, and the cooking is spot on.
