Pick up order, wasn?t ready. So asked if i could sit and wait. Well, food came up and sat there, after a few mins i ended up... asking if that was mine, it was. Missed 10 wings and provided a drop of marinara. Called them and didn?t pick up. ???? checktheir order before leaving like it?s a McDonald?s drive through. Lol. The service was good. The dishes were good as well but not great. The vibe is lively with lot of young crowd and sports running... on TVs. Main issue is delay and it is horrible that you get a table after a long wait and you get exhausted if you are hungry.AVOID UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT Read more
I just went to dinner at wild buffalo wings thinking I will get good food After work with my family. It is the worst place.... First, the order came wrong. Second, half of the things were missing. Third, we waited for an hour for our order. Fourth, thefood was cold as ice when it came. Then we cancelled the order cause we couldn?t wait that long, we?ve been already there forlike an hour 10 minutes so we told the waiter to get us our check n she brought the full check including things we didn?t getand which we returned because it was cold. When we told her, she brought the another check for our drinks and one appetizer wegot and we paid like 21$ for sitting there for an hour. Wasted our time as well as money. Worse customer service. Buffalo Wild Wings is usually one of my go to spots. Unfortunately tonight was not the case. I ordered mango habanero wings,... which tasted different from what they normally do. I then noticed they looked uncooked/bloody. I asked server if was normal forthem to look like that. She quickly dismissed my concern and did not seem to care. We got 20 wings with two different sauces. The original buffalo was great, the other was a dry rub, not as good as wet. The... beers were cold and a good price. I want to add that our server Christine was wonderful. She gave us good advice was chatty andwe enjoyed our time with her. Read more
There is a reason I normally avoid this company. Here is a full review with photos as proof. 1. I want you to take a look at... the photos I've posted. Shows how little they care about cooking your food. 1.A - Notice how dry it is. When you get Wings theyshould never look like this. Some of them came out with sauce all over but one of the orders of Wings had almost no sauce atall! 1.B - I took a photo of how the Wings where given to me. But they clearly are in the wrong spots so I have no idea whatswhat. So I ordered extra extra sauce on the side because I ordered them with extra in the first place. Notice the color of thesauce on the mat vrs the one with the sauce cups lined up with the stickers and sauce stains. Totally different. They don'ttake and effort in cooking your food and don't care about order accuracy. 1.C - The way its cooked, it is crunchy and to thepoint of still being frozen. No steam coming off them at all and no heat. Cold Wings! I cut open the wings and took a photo. Youdecide, would you eat this? I ate them for this review and I was really hungry. But I'll avoid this location movingforward. Advise to Owners Retrain your kitchen staff. As it sits BDUBS is becoming one of the worst wing stops around. Waited for more than 20 Mins, literally ko one came to receive, I can see waiters but no one came to receive. It was not that... busy. There was no one reception. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but will never visit this Fairfax location. Very bad experience. Read more
