My boyfriend and I order Cava from Mosaic District about once a week as we are huge fans. However, two nights ago we found a... wheel of a toy car in one of our bowls? an actual toy car wheel attached to a metal rod. Thankfully we found it before it wasswallowed or bitten down on, but again, this was a sharp metal rod with a WHEEL on it. Insane. We called the store to notifythem and they wanted to assure us that nobody there had any toy cars there. This whole thing would be comical if it wasn?tpotentially dangerous. We sent an email with photos to customer service and they offered us a refund. Not sure what else weshould have expected, given the strangeness of the situation, but it is safe to say we will no longer be customers of Cava,certainly not the Mosaic location. Cava claims to offer unlimited toppings. Well? that might be true at other Cava locations, but this one at The Mosaic is... anything but unlimited. Portions are smaller than other Cavas I?ve been to, and toppings at the store look almost empty. Alsodidn?t offer a slice of pita. Corporate should assess this location and retrain both employees and management on the Cavaphilosophy. Read more
Really great food. Service fantastic. Look at menu before you arrive. You line up at counter and make it as you go. It helps to... know what/how before you arrive. The pita chips and hummus are put of this world. The beverage selection is amazing. The juicebar is second to none. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back. Read more

Loved the freshness of the veggies. You love your salad when you can smell the ingredients and enjoy it more when the taste is... no where close to the regular Mediterranean food you have been eating so far. Fully found a HAIR (blonde which none of us are so it was definitely from the servers) as soon as we opened the bowl. The... portions were also a joke. Filing a complaint for a refund since none of us felt comfortable eating HAIR FOOD but they are justterrible with customer service as well. This is by far the worst location avoid at all costs!!!!!!!! Read more
