I had uncooked rice in my burrito bowl and asked the staff to re make my order. Guy who appeared to be the manager refused to... believe my claim. I attempted continue eating it but I just kept finding uncooked rice. I showed the gentleman to prove my pointbecause his staff was laughing at me. He tells me he does not care. They would have lost nothing just re making the order andmaking me happy but this person is just incompetent and should not be in the service / food industry. Clearly these folks do notcare about what they are serving people. If you get sick you know why. Take your business elsewhere. Read more

I'm not sure why this particular Chipotle (Fair Lakes) always have me stepping out of the door upset, I simply ask to have... cilantro sprinkled on my bowl (as to any of the Chipotle restaurant in our area, like the Rosslyn Chipotle, without issues) butthis place refused to give me any - "we are not allowed"! I couldn't find anyone resembling a manager. They also forgot to addsalsa with our two bags of chips. Read more

I ordered 2 days ago. There was a bone in one of the burrito bowls along with brown guacamole. The other burrito bowl had barely... any rice when I asked for extra and I got a small drink when I ordered a large one. On top of all of that, we couldn?t evenfinish the food because it made our stomachs hurt so much. We later on discovered a bug in one of the bowls. I decided to reachout and I talked to one person who said she would refund my order and only refunded half of the order. When I reached out againI was told by someone else that I couldn?t be helped and would need to wait for a support team to reach out even though theperson I spoke to before was able to do a refund. Food is always great here. What I cannot stand is the management. The manager(s) are always rude, dismissive, and I have seen... them do some very unsanitary things. Customer service training is a clear gap here. Read more

I stood in front of the line waiting to make a takeout order for 10 minutes while they were busy making to-go and call-in... orders. No less than 3 other workers looked at me waiting, said nothing, and proceeded to add more call-in orders to the personmaking them as I stood there. Nobody had welcomed me, nor apologized for the wait as I stood there waiting to make my order.The other workers just kept adding more orders to the worker in front of me instead of assisting me. After the worker ran out ofrice and beans, he replenished them with new trays, and continued to ignore me while getting back to making the to-go ordersagain. While waiting, I noticed the other proteins and fixens also were at the bottom of the tray and looked like they requiredreplacing. The place is a weird mix of competence and total incompetence. One day I'll get an absolutely perfect meal and other times I'll... get a complete mess of a Burrito mixed with either stale chips or ships that are still covered in oil from the fryer. Also forsome reason Chipotle has a harder time than anyone keeping their online systems going which sometimes leads to me not even beingable to get food because they can't take cards.
