Update: I?m upgrading my review to 3 stars for now since Chopt Salad support staff responded back to me promptly, making an... effort to correct their mistake. I?ll give them another try, since this was my first time. I ordered Apple Almond Crunch Salad,but there was hardly any chicken or apple in the salad. Why did I pay $11.87 for this?!? Zero stars would be more like it. I?ve never been so grossed out in my life. The server who was creating my salad touched the... register, all of the ingredients, went in the back brought things out, and after all of that used the same gloves to create mysalad. He did not change his gloves and used his hands for the ingredients. Whether COVID or not, this is not hygienic. When Iasked him to redo my salad, he RETURNED all the contaminated ingredients with his hands back into the containers. Omg! Nevercoming back and I suggest no one does either. Read more

I'd say give it a chance. At first, the service was rough. But now after having visited over a dozen times, I think they're... getting better. A part of the problem is the ability for their staff to keep up with the lunch rush. I find that if you go after1:30, things are more consistent. It's also about ordering salads that are straight forward like the Cobb, as opposed to some oftheir newer menu items that's complicated for the staff to memorize. Read more
Worst , I came in for a Chinese sesame bowl and I paid a full price for a bowl just to go home to that there was no meat in it.... There was supposed to be roasted chicken in the bowl. I paid a full 10.50 for cabbage and warm grains???? Read more
