Let me preface this review with this: These events could?ve just been this particular day and not how day to day business is... conducted. I left this Chuck E. Cheese 40 minutes after buying (2) 1 hour passes. The cashier was extremely sweet and veryhelpful,overall great employee but had the horrible misfortune of not having basic math skills. The floors were sticky, it washot(like A/C broke) many of the games were broken. Almost all the games that had two player capabilities were half broke. Thischucks e cheese looked older, has no stage or Chuck E, with many worn down, older looking games. It was very nostalgic for me, alate 80s baby. But when I combined it all together, I paused my game card, dragged my crying kids out of there., and made the 20minute drive to the kne on Richmond highway. I?ll be ordering pizza there and finishing up our gameplay, in a cleaner, nicerlooking, cool and ventilated Chuck E. Cheese. This location has more prizes that are more affordable, but overall. It was a good place on a Thursday night, the staff did there best to keep up with the kids and parents, i even saw a staff... member doing their best to sanitize the games amongst the frenzy of kids, the cheese pizza was surprisingly good,, and many ifnot most of the games were operational which is impressive considering how my 4 year old was beating the hell out of the buttonstrying every game she could. My 4 year old had a blast and the dance floor was her favoriite. We also ended up there at 730pm. Also, need a game card to play games , which you should have the APP before going and you can load a card at the kioskinside. We even had a Chuck E. sighting last night too. Things have changed there, however fun is still going on well. Employees are friendly and trying their best to make everyone... happy so they can get overwhelmed and it can reflect their happy faces. Also, If you have actual tickets ???? save your time andcount them by 10s in advance and bring them to the store as there is no more counting machines. This store deals with electronictickets only which can be uploaded to the playing pass cards or bracelets. One tip with their app is you get 500 tickets ifdownload it. Update, I visited the store today and it got better. New and exciting games, professional and friendly employees,more delicious pizza and food, easy way to self purchase points and/or time. Paid $22 dollar for less than 30mins play time. Most game is short, require constantly swiping of ghe card. But my kids enjoyed... it. Read more
Excellent service. Very friendly staff. This location is very clean and organized. ( Thats a bonus. ) The hispanics ladies were... beyond attentive and kind to our needs. My son had an amazing time. Definitely will go back. If i could give more stars Iwould. Highly recommend. Read more
I've celebrated my kids b-days here for years, staff is always fun and helpful. Right now no wrist stamp is in use, but you take... a group picture instead. Most COVID-19 restrictions are not active, like no mask is required but hand wash and Sanitizer use aresuggested. Location is operating at full capacity right now. Chuck E. 7pm - 8:30pm in Saturday after Fairfax County schools closed for the summer was not busy at all. Best to get the play pass for... $15 - unlimited games for 45 minutes. Machine gives a discount for 2 more bucks, giving you 57 minutes. 60 minutes is normally$20. Definitely worth it, as most video games are 2 to 4 play points for one game. The worse Chuck E Cheese in the Northern Virginia area. Game machines are always broken, or not filled with balls, plates, or... water or whatever the machines need. Also the staff at this place have no clue how to process passes that are bought online bycustomers. We always had to waste 15 minutes for the manager to come and process the passes. Finally staff always ask customersto leave 10 minutes before they close, which I find unprofessional. Owner needs to take action and fix this place and hirepeople interested in working there.
