My bf and I go here all the time. You MUST try their Hatch Chile sauce. I dip the chips in it. I slather it on my rice and... tacos. It?s so good. I?m addicted to it. Always have a great server, food is delicious, everything is affordable, and theleftovers eaten the next day are heavenly. I wish Chuy?s was everywhere. Edit: Elijah is one of the best servers you can getthere. Not only was he very attentive and kind, but he also was so efficient that we would seldom ever ask for anything (e.g.,soda or extra hatch green chili sauce) because he would already be instinctually providing it. He deserves a raise. All theother servers are very kind, attentive, and hospitable as well. Never had a bad experience here. Read more
Chuy's is a great place for Mexican food. Starting with chips and salsa, the tortilla chips are paper thin, crispy and fresh.... The salsa is homemade and delicious. We had combo dinners and everything was outstanding. Margaritas dangerously good. Therestaurant is clean, decor is varied and interesting. Service was perfect. We had a great time. Go! Read more
Food was really good until I found a fairly big chicken bone in my cheese enchilada! Almost choked on this! We ate some apps... there and got the enchiladas to go. Service was great. Read more
Very nice first visit. Salsa very fresh tasting. Frozen Margarita much like a Slurpy, tasty and full strong. We had Veggie... Enchiladas and a Comida Deluxe (almost a taster platter). Lunchtime soundtrack a bit eclectic 80s and 90s pop and rock. Read more
Chuys is pretty good. It?s kind of like a Mexican Applebees. If you want a very authentic Mexican experience this isn?t it. But... if you want some comfort Tex mex at fair prices this place is great. We fed 4 adults and two toddlers, with tip, for $80. Foodwas good and comforting and our server was attentive. Oh and the kids quesadilla comes with fries which is pretty awesome. Came here many months and didn't think it was very good. We came tonight to give it a second chance. Evelin was helping us... tonight. She was friendly, organized, and efficient. The salsa that came with the chips was on the spicy side. The cremejalapeno sauce was the star of the night. I could put that sauce on everything we ate tonight. My steak burrito with hatch chilisauce was well seasoned and spicy in a good way. I was craving for something flavorful all week and this meal did the job. Wewill definitely come back soon! Went back to Chuy's again. Lily did a great job as our server. Chicken fajitas was flavorful. Igot Fajita Beef Burrito with Boom Boom sauce which was amazingly good. Read more
