Ordered 50 minutes ago for carry out. Came in and they told me my order was next so come back in 5-10 minutes. Came back in 15... minutes and they told me they hadn?t put it in the oven yet. Some other customers came in to complain and cancel their orderafter waiting a half hour, the driver was telling them they only had one in store employee scheduled to work and make all thepizzas and run the register. I feel bad for the employee having to do all that work by himself. Really poor management. If youdon?t have enough staff to cover shifts (especially a Friday night) managers should come in to help and not just leave employeesdrowning in the weeds. Read more
we move to this neighborhood less than a year ago, we have tried this Dominos Pizza 3 times, ordered for delivery 2 times and... did carryout the 3rd time. ordering on line is a pain, you can't call in an order anymore..... the last pizza delivered wasthrashed in the box , I don't understand how is this possible we are literally 3 minutes drive from this store, there is noexcuse for this. see picture, when picking up on the store the employees were clueless it took them literally 10 minutes to takemy order (1 pizza /1 order of wings). terribly disappointed that there are no Pizza huts near by. better off having a costcofrozen pizza. This place has absolutely pathetic customer service. They gave us a pizza that was not made to order; whatever person making it... thought it would be fun to douse the entire thing in their greasy garlic sauce. The other person who delivered forgot the drinkthat we ordered and quickly tried to slink away from my wife as she reviewed the order. He ran down the stairs, and as we triedto stop him about the drink all he yelled was "NO! NO DRINK!". I will never order from a Domino's location again. Nobody shouldever yell at my wife like that and you should never be so dismissive of complaints. In this economy everything is expensive andmessing up the entire order is unacceptable, especially when your "response" is to give me 20% off my next order instead of arefund. Read more
I order and pick up from this Domino?s every Friday, and they?re the best. The staff is perpetually busy but still manages to... greet me, answer my questions, and offer me a free drink when my pizza is delayed. Not to mention they never skimp on toppings.Their boxes say ?made with love?, and it?s the truth. If you?re looking for the sauciest, cheesiest, meatiest pizzas, hit upthis Dominos, say ?hey? to literally the nicest staff ever, leave a tip, and come back next week. I ordered a large pizza and parmesan bread bites. The worst bread bites I have ever had. The dough didn't raise and they still... decided to give that to us. One of the worst customer service and taking customers for granted. Read more
I love it how you see them making your pizza. And the idea of putting a space for the little ones to watch the dough show is... brilliant. Employees are nice and friendly. To avoid waiting for 10-15 minutes make sure to give them a call ahead of time.Their bathroom are temporary closed since the pandemic. Read more
Very upset. The driver could not find my house even after calling me and I told them over the phone how to find the house. After... 30mins, I called the store 4 times. No answer. I drove to the store after an hour of the pizza being "on its way". When I getthere and ask them to remake it since the pizza has been out for an hour in half. Sam the manager yells at me to take the coldpizza and was completely unreasonable. Will never go here again. Read more
