Bad customer service. When I was given my order, I asked the young man if they had ketchup and he said ?Yeah?? obviously if I... asked if they had ketchup that means I want ketchup?? After his response, I asked if I could have some, he reached into a boxand handed me 2 packets of ketchup?.. my order consisted of 3 sandwiches and hash browns and yet he though 2 ketchup packets wasenough? It?s not like its coming from his paycheck so why be so stingy? Read more
Hit or miss service. Sometimes it's good, sometimes I wished I had gone somewhere else. Dunkin has a great formula for coffee... and that's what keeps me coming back. Think I'll try some other stores in the area. Read more
Terrible customer service and poor attitudes. It took more than 20 minutes to get one donut and a microwaved egg. The floor is... sticky and there is a general lack of care. The coffee shop next door is much nicer. Read more
There is no customer service. I am very understanding that businesses right now may not have enough employees. But have a system... to take care of your customers. If the mobile app is too overwhelming then shut it off. There was a pile of tickets sittingthere the manger or supervisor would just pick at random. So when I saw this I asked the manager about my order he acted like Iwas bothering him. He then says to meet him at the donuts, mean while he finishes an order again I was understanding.
