Ordered sour cream donut and it was taken from that tray but it had some blueberries in it. Also bought a plain classic donut... but it had a weird spice in it that sort of reminds me of an Indian spice but I could be mistaken. Just not what I expected froma plain Dunkin? Donut Read more

Arrived approx 7:30 pm. Got 2 sour cream (very good); 1 chocolate cake (lacked good flavor - don't know, if blindfolded, I could... identify); 1 regular glazed (disappointingly stale - since they no longer fry on-site, you must discriminate late in day.) Canonly depend on cake style to maintain moisture level. My husband and I used to depend on Dunkin' for delicious end-of-datedonuts & coffees after movies and dancing our feet off. This place was dirty and they had a menu screen not working so I had to google the menu. They made my drink wrong, the cashier... was incredibly rude, they didnt give us half of our order, and all the food was cold. I understand customer service is a hardjob but you don't have to be rude to customers for no reason. Read more
Came in to get a few donuts and some coffee. You would think this place would have donuts stocked. But that was definitely not... the case. These donuts I received were hard as a rock. Not only they were hard but they were dry and had almost no flavor. Niceto know that this place gives out stale donuts while waiting for almost 20+ min. Read more
Avoid on National Donut day...super crowded and looked like they were understaffed and unprepared. Asked for cream and sugar in... the Dunkin? midnight coffee and also a chocolate glazed donut but received a chocolate donut (not the same as chocolate glazed)and also a black coffee with NO cream and sugar. Woooo! Let me tell you. It says face covering is required on the door as you enter. I counted 3 people that were not adhering ... to this. One couple just put their shirts over their faces. The person in charge of the counter let the one cashier (a verycordial person) get overwhelmed, and was short with that cashier when I told them I forgot to tell that cashier I wanted mylatte warm not iced. I forgot; the cashier was reprimanded. Not cool. When the latte was made I received a small not the mediumI ordered and it was slid across the counter in a curt and most impolite manner. The person who made my latte touched their facecovering several times over the course of the order. I wished them a good day and was GRUMBLED AT. Also the person preparing thewarm food had a face covering beneath their nose. And finally, the donuts were not fresh, but a few hours or even a day old. Ihave to stay safe. Stop by to grab a coffee and a wrap use my rewards, buy a coffee get a free wrap. They were not able to ring my order up to... utilize the reward so the manager offered me donut instead.
