If only I had read the reviews. A Thursday morning, around 9am. No glazed donuts. Except the people behind me ordered glazed and... got them. Employees were very rude and the line was out the door, only because of how slow it was. By far the worst experienceaside from not being served at all. Go a couple blocks away and get your donuts. Gave it a second try after getting terrible service from a lage male staff member. Well it was just as bad. I'm so... disappointed because I love Dunkin donuts.... This guy is very rude and intimidating. He stares you down with noconversation.... Never says can I help you and never ever says thank you. Not to mention the donuts were absolutely terribletoday on memorial Day about 4:00. Who hired this guy? Absolutely THE worst Dunkin? I have ever experienced. The customer service is horrendous. The cashier gave me attitude regarding... a drink order as I asked him a question about what they had. He also seems to be too bothered to speak clearly in response toother simple questions. Ordered an iced vanilla latte for my daughter, and they gave me a regular iced latte. He also seemedextremely disinterested in picking the donuts that I indicated, not that they had much of a selection. Sorry, never coming backhere again! I?ll drive the extra 1.5 miles to find a more customer-oriented donut shop. Read more

Service is abysmally slow; manager often spends more time chastising crew than actually helping customers. If I order anything... other than a coffee, my order is almost always wrong and the service response is almost never a friendly ?absolutely we?ll fixit? but rather arguing and eyerolls (example: online ordered a latte with two pumps of peppermint mocha added. Received it withwhipped cream. After explaining it shouldn?t have whipped cream, I was told that peppermint mochas always have whipped cream.That?s fine, except I ordered a regular skim latte with added sauce (2 pumps). It was remade, but with all four pumps and wholemilk. I gave up and just took it) Store really needs to focus on improving speed and accuracy of orders. Improved customerservice (not counting tip change while there?s a line of 5 people, not barking at people, accepting customer?s issues with wrongorders) would be awesome as well, but accuracy of my order would be good enough for me. Wish corporate would come in and assistthis store. It?s a prime location Update: coffees aren?t even filled to the top anymore. Read more

One of the worst customer service experience at any retail location. The person is not willing to explain the drinks, take order... makes statement such as "I wanna get over this" rolls eyes and unfriendly demeanor. I get you are overwhelmed but it was notraffic time, i am hugely disappointed with the service from the barrista lady. Read more
