I ordered at this location through Uber eats. The receipt was really clear on the exact order however what we received was ... Subpar. Missing the pickle in one of the boxes, gave the wrong chips, and received a freezing cold Mac n cheese. For over $6 avery small amount was given and then when I went to eat it very shortly after receiving, it was cold. Cold cold like it was notcooked or sitting in someone?s fridge and not warmed. Disappointed :( Read more

30+ minute wait overall on a pickup order. Very understaffed and slow. And they forgot both of the pickles, the best part of... Firehouse. Read more

I was reluctant to go our the car because my wife wanted to buy tuna sandwiches from Panera. I asked her if she wants to try... Firehouse Subs just beside the store. I ordered Steak and cheese sub and my wife tried the Hook & Ladder salad to go. The subtaste like the one we ate at Philadelphia and the salad was awesome. Except that the dressing was not enough. I am glad wedecided to try the store. The service was very prompt and efficient. We will be back for sure. Sorry I forgot to take picturesbefore we eat. Read more

Firehouse Subs in Fairfax Town Center really does have the perfect zesty marinera sauce to go on their meatball sub sandwich.... Another favorite sub sandwich of mine is their Italian on wheat bread. During the covid lockdown their Manager Josh became theperfect expert to navigate their condiment options on breads, sauces, sandwich options. I've been told someone Josh trained isnow managing this small sandwich shop. There are table and chairs for indoor dining. There are cold drink options for you tochoose to accompany your perfect sandwich. Images of first responders hang on their walls. It adds to their esthetic. Enjoyand bonapetite! Read more

I visited on a Thursday night to get a late dinner of a couple of sandwiches and soup. Placing my order online was relatively... easy and straightforward with ample ways to customize my sandwiches. The inside of the store looked clean and well kept. Iarrived a few minutes prior to my promised time to make sure my food would not get cold if made earlier. Thankfully my food hadnot yet been made since I was early, and the two employees there gladly started my order then which I appreciated. A few minuteslater I had my food order exactly as requested and packaged neatly to boot. I took home a bowl of chili, small Engineer and NewYorker sandwiches, and a pair of cookies (not pictured). The chili may not have looked the most appetizing, but the taste waspleasing with a little spice heat. The amount seemed small for a bowl portion. Both sandwiches tasted as expected and desired. Iasked for double turkey on the Engineer which I got. The New Yorker had good flavor even with the regular portion of meat. I didfind a small grisly piece in the New Yorker, but all in all I enjoyed what I received. Both cookies (sugar and oatmeal raisin)tasted fine too. The total bill came to a few cents under $30 including tax which I did not think was too bad at all for value.I also like the connection Firehouse maintains with first responders. I could see myself satisfying a quick sandwich cravinghere among another place or two, especially if I wanted something fast before or after a movie at the nearby Regal Cinema. Read more
