Excellent burgers! Even better fries - let's not even get started on the sauce! I prefer the original sauce but the spicy one is... good too. When my kids are with me, we fight over the fry sauce. Today outstanding service. I wish we had Freddy's closer tohome, but I will always make a stop when im in Fairfax. Fresh patties, super thin and almost all burgers come with doublepatties. They have deep fried cheese curds (do we have any people from Wisconsin out there?). I have not tried them yet, becauseI'm always so excited about the fries (and sauce). I've also noticed they have a chili cheese dog... looks great, but I'vealways opted for the burger. So far, my loss, but one of these days I'll have one of their sundaes, but I'm always too full toget it... that's not true, I always forget to get one and today I already had froyo. So next time. I ordered the red hot andblue burger today; I cannot imagine having anything but glorious things to say about it. Pepsi products but if you don't likethat, they have great sweet (and unsweetened) tea. Today is a Thursday evening, about 7:30 and there was one family in line infront of us. About ten of the twenty (?) Or so tables are taken. It's busy but calmly pleasant. It's not noisy, there's someindistinguishable music on that ads to the charming ambiance. Went through the drive-through-they were busy so I expected to wait. No problem. What I didn?t expect was to be handed a melted... Sundae and fries that weren?t hot. My drink had a horrible after taste. When asked about the melted Sundae, I was told that theytry to keep it in the fridge, but it was normal for it to be melted. It was already a soup by the time it was handed to me. Theburger is good, but at $18 for a meal that I couldn?t enjoy, I probably won?t be back. May have been an off shift, but I won?trisk it. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru at 1 in the afternoon bc I was really craving their fries. But they didn?t put the fry... seasoning on ???? I worked here in college 5-6 years ago and the speed/quality is nowhere near what it should be. Verydisappointing because I love Freddy?s. Read more
As for fast food, Freddy?s is definitely top tier. This location is relatively clean, their staff is young but professional... enough to give good service, and the food is always fresh and hot. We have travel an additional thirty minutes out of our wayto Fairfax just for this experience, so I do recommend. Read more

Oh my goodness!! So happy to find a Freddy's here! The first time I ate at one was in Johnson City, TN, last Fall. It was so... good that I ate there 3 times during my visit. When I got here at 4, there was no line. I was worried after reading the reviewsabout long lines and complaints on melted ice cream etc... fortunately, my experience was different!! The young man at thedrive thru could be friendly but the young lady who saw my pups in the car was so nice to asked if I wanted a pup cup. I toldher that I'm sharing my sundae with them. I love that she was smiling while watching my pup eats the ice cream. I got the sundaeand soda while I waited for my food. If I remember correctly, the food is made to order, and that explains the long line. Theshoe string fries were so yummy! And the #5 Jalapeño burger was delicious! I have always ordered the patty melt, my favorite.Everything was fresh cooked and delicious! It's nice that I don't have to drive to TN to get some Freddy's!! I think I mighthave figured out why some people complained about their ice cream melted. The employees need to make the sundae around the timethe burger is ready. While I was eating my sundae and waiting for me food, the employees already have 2-3 drinks for the carsbehind me poured and ready to serve. While I was still waiting for my food, I watched the soda sitting there waiting to deliverto the cars behind me. Since the burgers are made to order.
