Asked for my call-in order and was told it's not ready - when ready someone would bring it out and place it on the shelf. I'm... waiting about 5 min or more and come to find out the order was on the shelf the whole time. Would have been helpful if the ladywould have checked to see if it was ready and gave me the order ESPECIALLY since she was at the register. Waited about 5 minunnecessarily. Great food and lively witty staff make it for a good time whenever I drop in. I especially like that they still order the Boxing... and UFC pay-per-views on weekends for their customers. Not too many places in this area do that. Read more

Food was good. Thank you cooks! Service was not the best. Daughter wanted wings for her birthday so we stopped here. We were... looking forward to the staff surprising her with a birthday treat. We made the server aware it was her birthday, we also toldthe two ladies up front. We were done with our food but wanted to give them time since the restaurant was a bit busy. 25+minutes passed and no one came to our table. We ended up getting up and leaving. As we were walking out I spoke to the managerand explained what happened. She asked who our server was and at that same time the server walks up saying ?no one wanted to doit??. Very disappointed that she couldn?t communicate that with us and had us waiting. Won?t be stopping here anymore. Read more
