The male staff there was pretty bad. I gave them a very specific instructions on the drink I wanted. (Which ironically was told... by female staff that told me what I should do the last time I visited that store) this was not the first time this will happensince it's always back and forth like this. The customer service should be same level. Not based on who works there. I've beengoing there for the last few years and I was trying to be reserved about the place but the service is so wishy washy based onwhich employee is manning the front. Usually I like my drink specific and once it's made that way, I'd prefer it for awhile. I'm so disappointed to the point I might just go elsewhere for a drink. This is one of my top favorite hole-in-the-wall Boba Tea shops! The tea is delicious, and the variety is outstanding. I usually... order the Mango Green Tea with strawberry popping pearls. Not only is the tea above standards, but they also run their ownbakery and make delicious, flakey macarons. Is that is?! No! Just got some milk tea from here and I am so disappointed. The taro milk tea at the Fair Oaks mall location is usually so good,... so I expected the same quality from Kokee in Fair City mall. However, I was wrong. It wasn't mixed well at all and the tea cameout gross and powdery. The dragonfruit tea was also weird in that it tasted exactly like cherry medicine. Ramen is OK, acceptable. For the drink, I was surprised by the topping, strawberry bubble were popping in month!
Cozy inside. Charming gift shop. Sells groupons for $5 worth of food.. for $5? Yeah not really how it works guys. Good... selections but not indicated what's caffeinated or not. Outside seating is fairly plentiful for such a small space. Read more
