Great location for a lunch/dinner in the Fair Oaks Mall area. The outdoor seating is great for summer and fall. I especially... loved that it was southwest facing so it’s really nice in the afternoons. The service was great and for new guests, theyprovide a free appetizer! The food came in a timely manner for a Saturday late lunch/dinner and it was all very savory. Thebaja california tasted great, as well as the shrimp teriyaki. I would highly recommend both! My son and I wanted to try a new place and I’m sure glad we picked this one. Thursday night at 8 there was about a ten minute... wait. They weren’t seating all sections, which is fine and what we should all expect these days. Service was only a littleslower than perfect but I was enjoying the time with my son and didn’t mind at all. The waitress was as sweet as she could be,slowing down to answer our first-timer questions even though she was busy. Food was fantastic. The burger was huge and cookedperfectly (can’t remember which one he ordered) and the buttermilk chicken was some of the best I’ve had. Lots of bacon inthe sautéed spinach (which I love), but also a generous amount of mirepoix. I didn’t enjoy or expect that but not enough toremove stars. We wanted to try desserts but were just too full, already taking home half a burger and a whole piece of chicken,which made a fabulous sandwich for lunch the next day. This might be our go to, “meet-half-way”dinner spot for theforeseeable future while we work our way through the extensive menu. Good stuff! Read more

This restaurant knocked it out of the park with their Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans. VFW 8469 fed 52 members of... Honor Flight of the Appalachian Highlands and every plate needed NO cleaning 52 x Clean Plate club members, followed by someawesome banana pudding. I went to Lazy Dog for my birthday and the food was amazing. The atmosphere 10/10. Everyone who helped us was so sweet and super... nice. I had the quesadillas they tasted so good and the brownie as well. Their sweet potato tots were amazing too. Great service, great atmosphere! Busy for a Saturday afternoon. Got cheese curds and bacon candy for appetizer. Entrees were... bison burger with sweet potato tots, black & blue burger with umami fries, and country fried salad. Great place forlunch/dinner, for American food with an Asian flair. (Dogs welcome too, on the patio). In the mall parking lot, so plenty ofparking without dealing with being in the mall. Highly recommended. Read more

I really enjoyed the food. It was a bit crowded so it took some time to order but when we mentioned that it was our first time... there, they brought out a complimentary app of homemade potato chips which were delicious. We were there for lunch and I had achicken salad sandwich with sweet potato tater tots..YUM! It was good! My friends enjoyed their meals too.. chicken pot pie anda Baja burger. We will go back! Excellent food and generous portions. My wife and I just recently tried Lazy Dog for the first time, we will definitely be going... back. We got the bacon candy, it came out not too warm which was disappointing, I’m not sure if that’s how it’s alwaysserved or if they forgot to put it under a hot plate. The rest of the meal was really great though. My wife got the BBQ Bisonmeatloaf and it was delicious, and there was so much food that we had leftovers and it still tasted great the next day. Ialready Pot roast beef dip sandwich which comes with an au jus sauce for dipping. That was also fantastic! We finished withBanana pudding for dessert and it was also very good. I had a great first time experience! Service was awesome, the waiter was super friendly, attentive and helpful since we needed... suggestions. Their beers are pretty good, my girlfriend was sad about how small her drink was though. The hush puppies were softand tasty. The pizza sticks were bigger than we expected and good. The black and blue burger was fire! We will definitely comeback again to try the other menu items! Read more
